The Rook is the perfect setting for a variety of events, including executive meetings, strategic planning sessions, team retreats, podcast recordings, and boutique gatherings. Each space is crafted to inspire creativity and productivity.

What amenities are included with the executive suite rental?

The executive suite is fully turnkey, offering everything you need for a seamless experience. Amenities include catering options, document printing, office supplies (pens, paper, etc.), phone chargers, and a TV with HDMI hookups for presentations. It’s designed to make your offsite sessions as productive as they are inspiring.

What equipment is included in the podcast studio?

Our podcast studio is outfitted with state-of-the-art audio recording equipment, SD cards for immediate use, and two distinct setups: one for solo recording and another for conversations or interviews. Additionally, we partner with Thrive Communications for optional post-production support.

How do I access The Rook on the day of my booking?

You will receive a door code via email and text on the morning of your booking. The Rook is located at 405 E Duval Street, with main parking accessible via Highway 90. The building is also accessible from Lake DeSoto, providing a convenient and secure entry process.

Can I bring my own catering or equipment?

You’re welcome to bring your own catering, however, we offer catering coordination to ensure your experience is hassle- free.  We prefer you use our podcast equipment to ensure accuracy in recording.

How many people can each space accommodate?

The executive suite comfortably accommodates 8-15 people (with 8 seated at our boardroom style table), making it ideal for intimate team meetings or retreats. The podcast studio is designed for up to 2 in-person speakers, providing a professional and focused recording environment.

What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in is as simple as entering the door code provided. At the end of your session, we handle the heavy lifting—just tidy up the space, place any trash in the bin located in the kitchenette cabinet, and ensure all personal items are removed. We’ll take care of the rest, so you can focus on your goals.

What is the pricing, and are there discounts for repeat bookings or long-term use?

Our pricing is competitive and reflective of the premium experience we provide. Discounts are available for repeat clients and those booking multiple sessions. Contact us directly for customized packages tailored to your needs.
